Call for abstracts
This is the Call for Abstracts of the EuHEA conference 2026 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The Call for Abstracts is managed by the Conference's Scientific Committee led by Professor Aleksandra Torbica, Bocconi University, Milan (IT) and Professor Job van Exel, Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management, Rotterdam (NL).
For submitting an abstract or an organized session you need to create an account here. Note that this will create an account for the call for abstracts system only. Hence, it does not imply a registration for the conference!
Submitting an abstract requires you to give the following information:
- your particulars
- co-authors
- title of the abstract
- abstract (maximum 2800 characters for Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion)
- topic
Submitting an organized session requires you to give the following information:
- particulars of the person submitting the session
- particulars of the presenters; a session consists of 4 presentations or 3 presentations and a panel
- title of the session
- topic
- short synopsis including aim and format of the session and titles and authors of the proposed presentations (maximum 2800 characters in total).
- authors of the presentations included in the proposed session must submit their abstract separately (via ‘submit abstract’ option below) and will be reviewed individually
- a session can only be accepted to the programme if all individual abstracts are accepted; if the proposed session is not selected for the conference programme, the abstracts will be considered individually
