You are invited to submit your abstract or interest to attend the first Croatian Health Economics Workshop. The workshop aims to stimulate a closer collaboration between scholars with interest in health, labour and public economics, within Croatia, Central and Eastern Europe as well as internationally. More generally, the workshop hopes to serve as a platform for exchanging best practices and transferring knowledge within Central and Eastern Europe and the international community.

In the spirit of a workshop, each paper will be allocated 35 minutes, including a presentation by the author (15 mins), followed by a feedback by an allocated discussant (15 mins), and by a general discussion (5 min). Submissions by students and early career researchers are encouraged. The number of participants will be strictly limited.

The workshop will take place in-person in Opatija (Croatia) and will kick off in the evening of Thursday 8th June and close in the early afternoon of Saturday 10th June 2023.
