CINCH-dggö Academy in Health Economics
The dggö (German Health Economics Association) and the CINCH (Center for Health Economics at the University of Duisburg-Essen) invite doctoral students and early-career researchers to apply for participation in the "CINCH-dggö Academy in Health Economics." It will take place from August 28 to September 1, 2023, at the University of Duisburg-Essen, focusing on "The Economics of Pandemics and Risky Health Behaviours."
The submission deadline for papers will remain open until: Friday, July 7, 2023, midnight.

Prof. Stefanie Schurer from the University of Sydney and Prof. Davide Dragone from the University of Bologna will deliver lectures that focus on the economics of pandemics and risky health behaviors. The program includes a “Meet the Editor” session with Prof. Kit Carpenter, Editor at the Journal of Health Economics
Other speakers include Jan Bietenbeck (University of Lund), Iris Kesternich (University of Hamburg), Daniel Kühnle (University of Duisburg-Essen), Casper Worm-Hansen (University of Copenhagen), and Nicolas Ziebarth (University of Mannheim).
There will be an award for the best paper presented at the conference.
