DGGÖ Conference 2023 - Call for Abstracts

The call for abstracts for the 15th Annual Conference of the dggö, taking place in Hannover on March 13-14, 2023 is now open.

The core conference theme is “Quality of Health Care in a Heterogeneous Society”. Two plenary lectures, given by Marcella Alsan, Harvard University, and Luigi Siciliani, University of York, will help to shed light on patterns of health service utilization and differences in the quality of health services in the context of heterogeneity in society.

We welcome the submission of your research in the areas of health economics, health policy, health systems, and health services research. Please use the conference website www.dggoe.de/konferenzen/2023 to submit your abstract. The call for abstracts ends on November 15, 2022. On our conference website, you will find continuously updated information about the upcoming conference. Have you already seen the preliminary program and hotel information?

We encourage submissions from international researchers. Besides the keynotes, we will offer at least three out of the ten parallel sessions in English only.

We would also like to draw your attention to the Science Award. The dggö will award the best published or accepted health economics paper of the year 2022 during the upcoming conference. The award comes with prize money of €5,000. Submissions are open until Dec. 31, 2022. For more information, please visit https://www.dggoe.de/ueber-uns/auszeichnungen.

Registration for the conference will be open from December 1, 2022.

With best regards
