The 19th Portuguese Conference on Health Economics (CNES), organised by APES – the Portuguese Association for Health Economics, will take place on October 30–31, 2025, at the School of Economics, University of Porto.

CNES is the leading gathering in Portugal for everyone who researches, works in, or is interested in topics related to health economics. Held every two years, it showcases around 100 scientific presentations and brings together researchers, health professionals, managers, students, and policymakers in a vibrant event that celebrates and promotes the generation and use of evidence to improve health decision-making. The conference also welcomes contributions from related disciplines and strongly encourages the participation of early-career researchers, including master’s and PhD students.

The Call for Abstracts is open now and welcomes submissions on all relevant areas of Health Economics and related disciplines.
