We are looking forward to welcome the EuHEA 2024 Conference Attendees at the Opening Reception, 30th June 2024, and the Social Event, 2nd July 2024.
Kindly ensure that you wear your conference badge visibly at all times, as there will be security checks at the entrance of both events.
Opening Reception
The Opening Reception of the EuHEA Conference 2024 will take place on 30th June from 18:00 to 21:00 in the Learning Center at the WU Campus.

Social Event
The Social Event of the EuHEA Conference 2024 will take place on 2nd July from 19:30 (admission begins at 19:15) to 00:00 in the Festival Hall of the Vienna City Hall. The entrance is located at Lichtenfelsgasse 2, 1010 Vienna. When facing the city hall, the entrance it is on the left-hand side.
If you plan to use public transport, please refer to the map below to locate the stations closest to Vienna City Hall.
Starting from the WU Campus, you can board the U2 underground line at either Krieau or Messe Prater stations, proceeding to Schottentor station. From there, a brief walk will lead you to the Vienna City Hall.
Using the U2 underground line, the journey from the WU Campus to the Vienna City Hall takes approximately 30 minutes.
If you are bringing an accompanying person, kindly ensure they provide the name of the conference participant (the individual who made the booking) at the entrance in order to pass through the security check.
